This tablet is used by our guests to interact with our front desk to solve doubts, book experiences or taxi... With this new service, you can address your needs quickly without having to go to the front desk.
What can you do with the SuitePad?
In your room, you will find a SuitePad for you to use it during your entire stay. With this virtual concierge, you can:
- Check the times the hotel services are available.
- Check the list of massages and beauty treatments in our spa service.
- Book time in our gym.
- Book a place on our free activities, such as yoga sessions.
- Check our menu: snacks, drinks and restaurant.
- Order room service.
- Ask for more toiletries if you run out.
- Order the laundry and ironing service.

Safe and efficient holidays
Using the virtual concierge with our SuitePad tablet is also one of the measures taken by our hotel to increase our guests’ safety. As we did last summer, our hotel is strictly complying with all the hygiene and cleaning protocols recommended by the health authorities and has been granted the COVID-19 Safe Establishment seal certified by Gold Service.
