- When are the yoga lessons? On Mondays and Thursdays from 8.30am to 9.30am. The best time to have breakfast calmly after the session and get an energy boost with a healthy breakfast of juice, tea, fruit and yoghurt, for example.
- Where? The yoga sessions are given on the back terrace, next to the swimming pool.
- What language are they in? The instructor will guide you in Spanish, English, Dutch or French.
